The hospital in Goyang, a satellite town north of Seoul, will let passengers pre-register for screening tests and issue condition status reports available on the website (http://mjcovid19.com).
Myongji said the new service enhanced convenience and safety by minimizing reception time and face-to-face contacts at the airport.
There are seven types of documents available in seven languages— Korean, English, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, and German. Printing multiple issues is also possible, the hospital said in a news release on Monday.
People can apply for the service by connecting to the hospital’s website and inputting basic personal data, including passport numbers. They can visit the hospital, take the Covid-19 test at Covid-19 Care Clinic, and receive various health-related certificates at the window or the online documents in PDF file.
Covid-19 Care Clinic, which conducts the pre-examination for inpatients and outbound travelers, opens from 8:30 a.m. to 5: 30 p.m. on weekdays and in the morning on weekends, the hospital said.
